I am a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, yoga teacher and social worker.
My journey with breathwork began through my own healing. I was searching for something that went beyond understanding my experiences intellectually and allowed my body to feel safe, supported and back into balance. Breathwork became that bridge. Through the breath, I found a way to gently release stored tension, regulate my nervous system and reconnect to myself with a deeper sense of balance and presence.
This work taught me that healing doesn’t need to be forceful or overwhelming. When the body feels safe, it naturally knows how to soften, restore, and come back into balance. Breathwork offered me a grounded, embodied way to come back into myself — and over time, into a life that feels more spacious and regulated.
With a background in social work and yoga, my approach is compassionate, nervous-system-led and deeply respectful of each person’s unique pace. I create a space that is intentional, supportive and trauma-informed, where you are always in control of your experience.
Rebalance Breathwork was born from a desire to share the practices that truly supported my own healing. I am passionate about offering breathwork because I’ve seen how profoundly it can support emotional regulation, self-connection and inner resilience — not by fixing, but by remembering what’s already within.
I believe in creating safety, softness and spaciousness — allowing your breath to lead the way home.
